Hi I'm Vicki
and I'm on a mission to help women feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies.
I created my coaching space for women who are tired of the toxic diet culture that tells them they need to shrink themselves to be worthy. Here, it’s not about punishment, restriction, or chasing the “perfect” body - it’s about building real strength (mentally and physically), developing a healthier relationship with movement & your body, and showing up for yourself in a way that feels good and sustainable.
Having been a victim of diet culture and all that comes with it, I became a coach because I wanted to be the supportive voice I wish I'd had. I understand what it feels like for diet culture to take over your life. From the age of 18 until my mid-20s, I battled with disordered eating, severe low self-esteem & a negative relationship with food, exercise and myself. When I realised I didn’t want to be in this position, I started to focus on myself and my mental well-being. This shift helped shape my relationship with fitness, food and the body I have today.
I have been a coach for over 10 years and have helped 100s of women ditch the diet culture mentality to become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. I’ve seen time and again what happens when women stop following the rules of diet culture and start building their own, and it’s powerful.
